Returns

This is how returns work at GTO Transport and Safety.

 

Orders from consumers:

You can return to us as a consumer within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items you return are in good condition, unused and undamaged, including the packaging. Reduction in value in case of damage can be deducted from the refund. Electronic parts will not be returned.

 

Business orders:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases in the Netherlands, which means that you normally cannot use the 14-day cooling-off period. For orders that are unused and undamaged we make an exception. These can be returned within 7 days. Electronic components are not returned.

 

 

If you want to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Always contact us first. You can call us at +31 (0) 455 71 57 66 or send an e-mail to: [email protected]
  2. Pack the return shipment well to avoid damage. You are responsible for the shipping method and the franking of the return shipment, so you pay these costs yourself. It is possible that we ask for a shipping receipt or tracking code when the return is lost.
  3. Only complete and unused products in undamaged original packaging may be returned.
  4. Upon receipt of the return, we will evaluate the product and will proceed to refund the purchase price. You will only receive a refund of the purchase price.

Warranty

On all new products in our range the warranty period specified by the manufacturer applies with a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase.
